Policies for Beretta store.

Payment

•  Payment is processed via Paypal only.

Shipping

• Confirmation emails will be sent to confirm your order, and again to confirm shipment.

•  Orders will be handled within 3 working days of order placement. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

• Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for T-Shirt orders as they made to order.

•  Digital orders will be filled via an email containing a link to download your files and are delivered immediately upon checkout.

•  We ship domestic orders via USPS

•  International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS only.

•  Please be aware that international packages are sometimes subject to delay by customs when entering a foreign country, and can take longer than usual to be delivered.

•  Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Returns

•  EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Beretta Music will exchange product within 14 days from the ship date. All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice.

•  Defective Goods will exchanged for a replacement of the same item. If item was last in stock, a store credit will be issued.

•  In case goods are NOT available for an exchange, you will be credited for the amount within 14 days (excluding shipping charges).

• NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
